This darling trio was dressed to the nines and a total blast to boot.  Miss Hartley was a little more interested in the ducks (and escaping her brothers) than she was in me or my camera…but we still snagged quite a few of her that I just LOVE.

Plus, those brothers and their freckles? Perfection!

Elizabeth, Zachary + Travis {highland park family photographer}

Another benefit of this time of year? Families that come back after a year or two away from Sugar.  The last time I saw Elizabeth and Zachary was when he was a little over a year old.  They brought their baby brother to play this time (and I almost fell over when Travis appeared in his Dad’s arms. NO IDEA. But you may already know that third babies are my favorite creatures, and Travis was no exception to the rule. LOVE HIM.)

I just love this last one. We did the iconic ‘family walking’ image…but not until after Elizabeth art directed this one. And it’s just so THEM, so of course it’s blog-worthy!

Jade + Ajay {highland park childrens photographer}

One of our new families just happens to be blessed with this gorgeous duo. Stunning, right?  I know. It took a good 10 minutes of their mini session to get my jaw up off the ground.

And they were just as sweet and fun as they look. Lucky me!

I have THE BEST JOB EVER.

Sawyer {dallas family photographer}

He may only be eight weeks old, but sweet Sawyer handled his session like an old pro.  And his parents? Yeah, gorgeous.  Easy on the eyes, and as fun to work with as they come.  Plus, they *adore* that baby boy of theirs, and that means I had the easiest shoot I could ask for. Just let them love on each and click the shutter…not too shabby!

 

We were able to catch the LAST bit of setting sun for these, and the results are just swoon-worthy.

Delaney, Kelsey, Mikayla + Riley {dallas children’s photographer}

I LOVE seeing families return year after year, and always look forward to this sweet family.  This was our fourth year in a row to get these girls in front of my camera, and they didn’t disappoint!  The light was perfect, the weather was mild, and the clothes as gorgeous as always.  This year we were able to shoot at their home (which, I believe, they started building the first year we worked together!), and it was stunning.

I have the best job EVER!
