Natalie and Taylor have been with Sugar since before there was ever a Taylor, and I LOVED getting to see their amazing new digs when we met for our session last week.
The girls are another year older, and are, AMAZINGLY ENOUGH, cuter than last year (which I didn’t think was possible).
Plus, their house has amazing natural light. We had a blast!
(I think I know a certain family that will be closely watching this weekend’s TX/OU game 
)
Resuming mini session sneak peeks (still to be interspersed with newborns and kids, and now LA minis need to sneak in here somewhere, along with yesterday’s celebrity kiddo birthday party and WHY YES I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A NAP (but no, cannot. I’m here to keep throwing fun photos of gorgeous kids at you)).
ANYWAY…
Cooper and Katie joined me for a mini session and it was such a pleasure to see them a year later. They have both grown SO much.
Cooper is most definitely turning into a young man (who doesn’t have a girlfriend, by the way…but is appropriately tickled when you ask about one)
Katie just sparkles, from her eyes to her personality, and has the sassy stance to prove it:

*drumroll please*
Congrats to the CANADA family for having their name pulled out of the hat Saturday morning.
I was wowed by the amount of their donation, and am thrilled for them!
The Sugar Raffle raised over $1500, and achieved exactly what I had hoped it would…it gave more to Heroes for Children than I could have given individually, or through a session donation. So thank you, everyone, and YES-We WILL be doing this again!

and then a quick hustle home for benadryl and calamine when the oldest finds a patch of poison oak.
You’ll be seeing these boys again REALLY SOON, as we’ll be going for round 2 asap (but even WITH a cut-too-short-shoot, how darling are they?)
