Third babies are so very special around here, and this little guy was no exception to the ‘Easiest Baby Ever’ rule of thirds. At 9 days old Bennett slept, curled, and slept some more. He ate a bit, cried the tiniest bit, and generally was about as mellow and laid back as I could have asked for.
Plus, his big sisters? Delightful. Also, in love.
I just *LOVE* the paci on the edge of the photo. My 7 year old likes to ‘help’ edit (for example, she demanded that I remove the pacifier. So we had a discussion about what real life looks like…not just picture perfect moments. I don’t think I convinced her, but it’s my computer and only I know the password, SO THERE! The paci stays.

awe such a sweet bunch of kiddos.. and i like the paci too.. i would have left it in too
Oh, I agree. The pacifier on the edge is so perfect! Also, the pic of him with his little bum in the air? When I see my nine year old sleep, he still looks like that to me. Jen, you always get the light right, you always get the composition right, but what sets you head and shoulders above the rest is the love you catch. Just perfect.
These .are.just.gorgeous!! What beautiful kids! Love the paci in the pic!! Pure Perfection!!
what a beautiful baby and lovely photos…my 16 YO son does that too…he came home from school with his baseball pictures and said how terrible they were. I said, “I think they are good pictures of you”…he said, “Mom, look at the houses in the background!” haha! What monsters we make of our children, eh? LOL!
What gorgeous images!
What a precious family, perfectly captured here!
I think these are some of my favorites ever. Heartwarming. Beautiful color.
