Saturday’s session was a LONG time in the making. As in, YEARS…Abby and Maggie’s mom gets major props for being undeterred when it came to booking a Sugar session for her girls (maternity leave cut last year’s session WAY short). I’ve known about these girls for the longest time…my own dear friend Jenny named her daughter Maggie after the very same Maggie that I was finally able to meet. And these young ladies were just as gorgeous and fun to be around as I had been told.
See? It was like being handed a set of Gap models and told “Have fun!”. Which is exactly what their mom did…she stayed *in the car* (what a HUGE privilege to be handed the reins and told “Work your magic. I trust you completely.”).
Thank you, ladies…for bringing your happy selves all the way to Dallas (after bearing with me during this past year of maternity leave and new babyhood). I had a ball…wish we could do it all again tomorrow!

I’m so glad you finally got to meet these girls. Maggie and Abby’s family has been a part of mine since my sweet husband was a toddler. I was proud to be their favorite babysitter, along with Abby’s boyfriend “Adrew” for their younger years. I got a little verklempt looking at these pictures. How are these my little flower girls from ten years ago? Wasn’t I just married in their back yard. Oh, my heart. They look GORGEOUS!! Thanks for capturing two of the sweetest young ladies I know. You did, as I knew you would, an amazing job.

Jen, once again you have produced an incredible group of photos. I know that Maggie and Abby are stunning and beautiful, but you have really captured them. Mary was so excited about this session and we all knew it would be great, but WOW….. Can’t wait until we have a new little Scott girl, Katie, for you to photograph
